Nebo Creek!

Over Labor day weekend we went to Nebo Creek camping/trailering and I gotta say its not one of my favorites only because I saw a snake.... yep that's right first I saw the tracks in the sand on the road, I yelled cusses and ran back to the trailer and then the next day while Trint and I were on a horse ride I saw the real thing so needless to say I stayed on the horse the entire ride! Snakes are the devil you know! Aurora has gotten warmed up to the horses I don't think she would last on a long ride but short ones she loves, she even went by herself with grandpa leading.
Grandma and Aurora caught Lizzy the lizard (that's whats in the bucket) at first they caught Lazy and it died so they made a burial for it and then some boys gave her Lizzy she just kept looking at it and getting excited. And at this point it was so hot that her and dad had taken off there pants (ok Trint just rolled his up) and got in the stream that was right next to us, that's why she looks like an orphan child.
Just chill'in!
As for now I am husbandless, Trint is up the mountain and staying there until he gets a big one.... Elk that is!

Random things about me!

1. I have been sky-diving twice even though I don't really like heights. I went to the stratosphere and went on that stupid rocket shot ride and was scared to death but sky-diving didn't bother me at all, I was nervous but not scared.

2. I love shopping any kind of shopping even grocery shopping is fun!

3. I have met Bob Barker, Hilary Swank, and I have been inside Larry Kings house. I have been on the Price is right too, we went over my birthday 2 years ago it was so much fun!

4. One of my very favorite shows in "The Biggest Loser" I love that show for some reason, I not a huge reality show person but Trint makes fun of me becuase I get so into it.

5. My graduating class was 62 poeple. I was senior class president, Homecoming Princess and graduated number 10 in my class..... but I had a one in 62 chance!

6. I don't like wearing flip flops, I love my gym shoes and would wear them all the time if I could. I will wear flip flops if I am going swimming and thats about it, I like my feet covered.

and then trying to eat them! We kept telling her not to pick the green ones so we saw her do it and I went over to get mad at her and she stuffed it in her mouth what a little sneek!

Aurora and baby Halle, she is one of Auroras favorite people she is always so excited to see her and wants to hold her all the time.
This was for Brock's birthday he wanted a pinata and all the kids loved it. Aurora had a blast trying to hit it.

Washington

One of the things my family loves to do is go out to dinner, which is ciaos sometimes with 13 grandchildren but its always fun and something we enjoy as a family.
This is in my moms backyard, I should have taken a picture of the whole thing its like a secret garden I love all the green trees and endless lawn for the kids to have races on and of course the fire pit that we just hang out at!
Kryson got this little tea party table for her birthday and so the girls sat at that one night for hours just pretending to eat, every time we would look over at them they would have it moved in a different spot it was so cute watching them play.
Getting ready for our long trip home, 9 1/2 hours is all, Aurora was such a girl little travler too. I think the whole week with only one nap was what did it because the ride home she slept for about 8 hours of it.
My mom and dad, Allyson's kids and Aurora they weren't happy leaving, they had so much fun playing with Grandma and of course getting into all kinds of new things! Aurora and Grant thought that scooping dish soap out of the bucket and throwing it all over the floor was pretty hilerious.

It was such a fun trip this year everyone was there and all got to help out with harvest, as far as Kimberly and I go were still the best tractor drivers!

I know I know!

Ok so last week we were in Washington and thats my excuse for not posting in a while. The bad thing is is that we've been home since Sunday and I still haven't posted anything but I think its because I have spent all my time looking at everyone else's blogs and catching up. We had such a fun trip to Washington for apple harvest with my family I think we spent more time eating than doing anything else which is always a fun time we had some good food too! Right now everything seems so busy for us number 1 on the list is Trint's big elk hunt he thinks he has to go and look for them every night and I'm like you understand that when your hunt starts in September they probably won't be in the same spot, whatever, he loves it. In 2 weeks I'm going back to Washington for a couple days, and then in a month when the boys are all hunting the girls are going to venture to Disneyland with all the kids! Its going to be fun and Aurora is already getting excited she has no idea what it is yet but when we talk about it she acts like its the coolest thing ever which it will be after she goes. And I actually really like it too so we can't wait! Anyways I will get some of our Washington pictures on here soon!

Trailer'in and wheel'in in Mayfield!

After the 24th of July we went down to Mayfield and spent the weekend with Kim, Janet, Sara, Ricky, Adam, and Kim's sister Aunt Randy and Uncle Al
Aurora loves camping in Grandpa's trailer except for the sleeping part she thought everyone still wanted to play since we were all together and would have stayed up the whole night if she could have.
Dad let her reel in the fishing pole she could'nt quite get it down to turn in a circle but she did good considering she has no patience at all. We never caught anything but that never matters its just fun spending time together.
There was a big canyon behind the trees so Aurora and I took turns yelling because it made a pretty good echo and Aurora thought that was the funniest thing.

Trailer'in and wheel'in in Mayfield!

Her favorite thing to do is ride the wheeler with dad and when hes not looking or paying attention she pushes the gas which is funny sometimes but not when I sitting on back and I almost fly off, I get pissed at Trint and then remember she's sitting on front.
She's not real happy about the helmet actually she's a little ticked but for the most part she left it on.
Gotta love the trees, Mayfield is always a favorite place to go and this year it rained a little bit so it made it not so dusty which was perfect. And the time it was raining we spent in the trailer playing Aunt Randy's wii fitness and whatever Sara kicked everyones trash.

This is Aurora's "what the hell" look she's trying to figure out where Uncle Al's ice cream went.

ALL-TIME Winners!

Yes that's right our pink team is all-time champs again (we have only done it once before our very first year we started the team)! It was a really fun year too we had some new players and then of course some of our originals.

This is a picture of the guy telling us that we were the best team he's ever seen, just kidding he was taking our picture for the newspaper and trying to make us do poses that we didn't want to, I'm kidding again but he would have if he could have, am I right girls.

We ended up playing a team that we beat out the first round so we new we could beat them. We lost the first game that lasted 8 innings and they ended up walking there winning run in which was so annoying (they walked a lot). But since we were in the winners bracket they had to beat us twice so the second game we kinda dominated from right off and then Melissa made our winning catch with her eyes closed and a cute cheerleader hop right after. They were fun games though and there is no doubt that everyone had fun this year!
Some fun times this year....
-When I struck out and I was walking back to the dug out and Jessica was laughing at me and I told her to stop laughing even though it was really funny
-When Bit was playing second and caught a grounder and ran and tagged the girl running to second and then looked in her mitt and no ball
-Kresta's bunts to the third basemen that for some reason got her triples every time
-The first time that Devon threw the ball to me and I thought I was going to get pinned up against the dug-out
-When Carly told me that that if she had to run more than one base there was no doubt she was going to pee a little
There are so many more I will have to think about them and post more, but for now great job PINK TEAM!!!
